Once your request for pet sitting services has been confirmed for the dates and services listed, Doggie Lama will bill your credit card or you may manage your payment directly using your credit card or Pay Pal account. Your service is not confirmed until your charges have been approved prior to your first day of boarding. If your schedule changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your additional needs or provide service to other clients.
Please note we require 48 hours cancellation notice. A cancellation charge of 25% of assignment will be applied to any services canceled less than 48 hours of assignment starting date. A one-time consultation charge of $25 will be applied if a consultation is made but the assignment is canceled.
Book Early For School Vacations and The Holiday Season.
During the holiday season (i.e. November through January 2nd) this 50% non-refundable charge and policy will apply to any services confirmed and or booked within 2 weeks of actual holiday to guarantee dates requested.
